Welcome! This is a website featuring information about lessons, recording and musical instruction offered by musician and instructor Steve Wright, also known as Steve Weave. More than learning an instrument, I  teach you how to become a creative individual and have a lot of fun, through interactive engaging sessions, songwriting, recording, and playing live!

The Sessions

I offer lessons on guitar, bass and drums for beginner and intermediate levels. I also offer songwriting lessons and electronic music production. Very often lessons morph into recording sessions where the student is learning while immersed in a recording project. 

Single session - 30 minutes - $30
Single  session (1 person) - 1 hour  - $50
​Group Session (2 people) - 30 minutes - $20 each
Group Session (2 people) - 1 hour - $35 each
Group Session (3 people or more) - 1 hour - $25 each
Non-client recording fee 1 hour - $65 (3 hour minimum)
Live-streaming Video/Audio recording $100/hr

The Sound is situated in the music room at the beautiful Sunshine Coast Arts Centre in Sechelt, BC.
